Our official channels
How we communicate with you
Our only official number is +33 6 89 34 10 39. Always check that a call or text truly comes from this number.
Our official messages (booking confirmation, correspondence, invoices) only ever come from contact@villasaintlager.fr. Be wary of any other address, even a similar-looking one.
The deposit is only ever paid through our secure booking system (Smoobu / Stripe), directly on villasaintlager.fr. Never via a link sent on WhatsApp.
Villa Saint-Lager never uses WhatsApp to confirm a booking, request a payment, or ask for your bank details. If you receive such a message, it is not from us.

How to recognise a fraud attempt
- The message arrives on WhatsApp instead of by phone or official email.
- It asks for an urgent payment or a last-minute confirmation.
- It contains a shortened or unusual link to a payment page.
- The phone number used does not match the official number shown on this site.
- The sender's email address looks similar to ours without being exactly contact@villasaintlager.fr.
- The tone is pushy or tries to make you react immediately, without time to check.
What to do

Never share bank details or a payment code, however urgent it may seem.
